The Adjustable Dual Pulley Compact Heavy Duty Functional Trainer is Commercial Grade, British Designed and a great space saving machine that combines a full body workout plus all the functionality of a cable crossover machine!
The pulley height adaptability and positioning allows optimum pre-stretch and ensures all exercises can be performed with absolute bio-mechanical integrity. Working mainly from a floor based position; users derive additional benefits through use of the core stabilisers, legs, back and abdominals as part of the exercise.
This Dual Pulley Trainer provides unilateral and bilateral converging / diverging arc movements bringing optimal workload to the target muscles making it an ideal unit for functional training. An overhead chinning bar is fitted along with rear storage hooks for handles and attachments. The weight stacks provide 75kg each and a lanyard is attached to the weight pin for safekeeping.
With the functionality of up to two users at any one time and every single muscle catered for, with your imagination there is no end to what can be performed using this Adjustable Compact Functional Trainer.
Available in a choice of frame colours. Lower frame can easily be bolted to floor if required.
