Wish I could put 10 stars as 5 stars is not enough!
Really pleased with my treadmill belt the service I received from start to finish from expert fitness was just first class and the quality of your belt is far superior to the original. I am just a home user but the level of customer contact and also speaking with the engineer in technical (sorry can't remember his name) was exceptional. I believe when credit is due and its due!

I Just had to write a review for your Treadmill Belts. Until finding you guys over a year ago I had always had main dealer belts and decks for my machines. I have left it until now to write my review as I wanted to properly try them out. I operate a chain of very busy gyms so had to be sure they were as good as you say. They have been fitted now for nearly 28 months but unlike my previous belts which by now would have started to lift at the joint, your belts are joined differently and as good as the day they were fitted. The only difference to the main dealer betls is that you have to apply expert fitness own oil lubricant under the belt every couple of weeks which takes up a couple of minutes each time which totally makes sense as we know that the belts always have the right amount of lube so wont wear out. I can not rate these belts highly enough. They were fitted by Expert fitness own engineers who were the most professional gym guys I have ever had the pleasure to meet and the best bit is the belts cost a lot less than the main dealer including the fitting!!!! I have another 30 machines with the original belts starting to wear in different sites and will be contacting you guys shortly for the same belt kits and also some decks please. Whether you choose to use these guys for their own parts or to use their own engineers I can highly recommend this company.

New belt arrived at midday and fitted to treadmill in about an hour after following the simple instructions. The treadmill now feels like new with the last belt having done 14 years and well past its best. New belt worth every penny, thank you.

During the last 12 months I have ordered and received two deliveries from Expert Fitness. The first was a set of Motor Brushes for my Treadmill and the second a replacement Running Belt.
Both items were made to measure. The Brushes were reproduced from my old worn Brushes which I sent in. The Running Belt was made using my supplied measurements done using the helpful instructions provided on the Expert Fitness web site.
I was delighted that both items were delivered within about a week.
In addition the dispatch/delivery system used is exceptional. Not only does Expert Fitness email you delivery details but you also get a one hour delivery slot - which you can change. Both deliveries arrived within the allotted time period.
I also received fitting instructions and the Running Belt package even had a warning on it not to open using a knife – obvious I suppose – but I really did appreciate the warning as I may well have reached for a knife without thinking.
As regards the items they were perfect and of excellent quality. I even checked the measurements of the Running Belt which were exactly as ordered – a truly superb service!
Communication was also excellent and I got the impression that Expert Fitness really cared about getting my order delivered to me as soon as possible and moreover keeping me informed.
All in all, given the overall extremely high standard of service that I received throughout my order/delivery period I will not consider using anyone else for my or my wife’s future fitness needs.
I would strongly recommend that if you need something yourself you should give Expert Fitness a try. You have everything to gain and mainly, somewhat unusual in these times, a really good service.
