In the first instance please telephone us on Tel: 01656 729846 to let us know that you will be returning one or more items for us to repair. On receipt of your item it will be passed to our Senior Engineer for a fault diagnosis and clarification of component parts required to fix.
Typical Repair times vary on the nature of the fault and availability of the electronic components required to complete the repair. On identifying the fault you will be contacted by a member of staff and advised on the status of the work.
We charge a standard Diagnostic/Labour rate of £65.00 ex vat plus the cost of the component part/s required to carry out the repair. Please note that if you decide not to proceed with a repair once a diagnosis has been carried out then the standard fee will still be chargeable.
