This U Bracket Joint is designed to be used with a Ball Shank Gym Cable. The Ball Shank will fit through the side of the U Bracket and down the slot into position. When the fixing Bolt is then replaced through the same side hole it closes off the hole and stops the Ball Shank slipping out. This type of fitting is extremely useful in aiding the routing / fitting of a new cable through closed framework as the U Bracket can be fully removed for this purpose...

Note: Always remove any outer coating if adding a Ball Shank End
