Nylon Sleeve Insert 60mm x 2'' I/D fitted onto Fitness Equipment Benches etc where metal box section is required to slide inside another
The Sleeve is designed to fit into 60mmx60mm square metal box section (SHS) that has a 2.5mm wall thickness (12gauge). The inside diameter of the Sleeve is 52mm to allow 50mmx50mm or 2'' metal box section to easily slide inside. There are two lugs either side of the Sleeve that will locate into pre-drilled holes within the SHS to lock the Sleeve into place
Inner metal 50mmx50mm or 2'' box section can be chrome plated or painted to a maximum thickness of 51.5mm
