Our Treadmill Lubes are INDUSTRY STANDARD Treadmill Lubricants that meet COSHH Regulations and available Only through Expert Fitness UK Ltd and authorised UK Fitness Equipment Repair and Service Divisions. If it's not ExpertfitnessUK on the bottle then it's not the Genuine Treadmill Lubricant in the bottle!

 

Product Identification: PowerJog Commercial Grade Pure Treadmill Oil

 

Additional Info: Commercial PowerJog Pure Belt/Deck Oil is the original lubricant used since the PowerJog Treadmill was developed. Always use the genuine lube as it has it's own tried and tested blend to ensure Low Maintenance and Optimum Performance. Also recommended and specifically suited for the PowerJog Treadmill Belts

 

Packaging

For your convenience PowerJog Oil deck-lube is supplied in a 250ml, 500ml closed cap plastic bottle and now a NEW 5 litre container more suitable for Service Engineers. All container sizes are supplied with Applicator and Tube Kits.

 

Method

The method of application ensures only a measured amount of the lube is applied exactly where it is meant to be - Directly under foot. With Normal usage the lube will spread evenly outwards in both directions covering the entire underside of the PowerJogs thus reducing the possibility of damage being caused to the Treadmills DC Drive unit.

 

How Often To Apply

The PowerJog Oil should be applied every 20hrs of use to all E Series and G Series models that are fitted with a Metal topped deck and every 40hrs to J Series or alternative models fitted with a black topped.

The newer J Series models have a feature built into the Display Console that will prompt the user every 40hrs of use to lubricate the deck which can be reset to remind the user every additional 40hrs to re-lubricate.

 

Can I Use Any Type Of Silicone or Wax?

The answer is NO! Only use Original PowerJog Oil! Unlike the majority of Treadmills on the market the PowerJog Treadmill is fitted with one of the heaviest Treadmill Belts in the industry and requires the proper oil or blend of oil to keep this "Ultimate Beast" running happy.

The PowerJog Treadmill is a highly tuned product and when set up properly with the right Treadmill belt, correct Lubrication and proper care will run for many years with no fuss.
