Product Identification: Ultra Fine Soft Paraffin Wax Powder

Additional Info: Expert Brand Ultra Fine Paraffin Wax Powder is the perfect alternative to wet lube and is ideally suited to Cotton type of Belt Fabric or where a silicone oil is not suitable. Our Performance Wax Powder is Ultra fine and soft with such a low melting point that it adheres in seconds to the underside of the Running Belt. Unlike other brands of Treadmill Wax, Expert Brand does not "Cake" itself onto the Drive and Slave Rollers and cause Lumping under the Belt. It is Perfect for Phenolic, Hardboard and Plyboard Decks and best suited to non silicone based treadmill belts. Used Daily by our Service Technicians within the field.

Packaging

For your convenience our Treadmill Deck Wax Powder is supplied in a 250ml squeezable plastic flip top non-blocking cap bottle. Long Shelf Life and enough applications to last over 12 months due to its unique formula. Bottles are supplied half full to allow contents to be shaken!

Method

Whilst kneeling at the front side of your Treadmill, shake and tap the Wax Powder Bottle to loosen its contents. Open the Lid of the bottle and whilst pulling up the front side of the Running Belt apply a sharp squeeze of the bottle to release a measured amount of Wax Powder across the underside of the Running Belt/Deck. Repeat this procedure at the opposite side of the Running Deck to bring the total application up to two measured squeezes of the bottle. During normal usage the deck will warm up and due to the ultra low melt point of the Wax will provide a film of Wax onto the underside of the Running Belt.

A great method of Lube with any excess powder on the sides of the belt being easily cleaned or wiped off.

Kind to Running Belt Fabric

Once the Wax has applied itself onto the fabric of the Belt (Normally Cotton) the Deck and the underside of the Running Belt will have an even film of Wax applied applied, ensuring periods of up to 6 months between applications.

Should I use Oil or Wax?

Pull the side of the belt upward an inch and look/feel/check the fabric on the underside of your belt. If it is Cotton you should always use our advanced Dry Wax Powder Lube or Granules. Anything other than Cotton such as Polyester weave etc should use our advanced Silicone products.
