Additional Info: Expert Brand Pure Silicone Treadmill Oil deck lube has been tested and proven to be the most effective wet silicone lubrication specially formulated for your home use treadmill. Supplied to authorised re-sellers and used daily by Treadmill Service Engineers during repair visits, regular applications of our Treadmill Lube will ensure your treadmill operates at its Optimum Performance. Odourless and clear it has been specifically blended for Treadmills fitted with a black laminate deck.

Important Note: Only a few select home use treadmill suppliers such as Pro-form etc do not recommend the use of Wet Lubricants on their Treadmills as the oil can cause the belt to slip; in this case you will need to use our Wax Lube 

Packaging

For your convenience our Pure Silicone Oil Deck Lube is supplied in a 100ml plastic bottle and comes complete with applicator, tube and full instructions for use with enough oil to last up to 12 months!

Method 

Our method of application ensures only a measured amount of our Silicone Lube is applied and exactly where it is meant to be - Directly under foot. With Normal usage the lube will spread evenly outwards in both directions covering the entire underside of the Treadmills Running Belt and Surface of the Deck creating an even film to reduce friction and build up of heat.

Kind to Treadmill Belt Fabric

Petroleum based Aerosol Silicone Spray lube and other Solvent based Treadmill lube methods of application can literally damage and even rot your Running Belt, eventually breaking down the fabric yarn on the underside of the belt causing premature belt stretch and in some cases separation (splitting) of the belt join. We can guarantee that Expert Fitness UK Treadmill Silicone Lube will reduce amp draw more efficiently and will adhere to the Belt fabric better than any other method as well as having no adverse effect on the Belt fabric. Also important is the oil viscosity - Too thick and it will cause the belt to stick creating (amp draw) - Too thin and it will also cause the belt to stick (amp draw). Our Treadmill Belt Lubricant is specially blended to adhere to your Running Belt and deck, reducing friction and at the same time caring for your treadmill.

Should I use Treadmill Oil or Wax?

Kneel at the side of your Treadmill and pull/twist the side of the belt upward an inch and look/feel/check the fabric on the underside of your belt. If it is Cotton you should always use our advanced Dry Wax Powder Lubrication or Granules. Anything other than Cotton such as Polyester weave etc should use our advanced Silicone Oil products.
